NYC’s Brion Starr Drips New Tracks With Video Anticipating For New Album Launch

New York City based glam-rock revivalist Brion Starr has recently been drip-releasing a series of new tracks with accompanying music videos in anticipation for his upcoming album titled “A Night To Remember” which is set to be released on November 19th, 2021 via Taxi Gauche Records. Brion Starr has slowly released 3 new singles since the beginning of October, all lifted from his upcoming album titled “A Night To Remember”. Starr’s 3 recently released singles include:

  • “Nocturne”
  • “Same Flame”
  • “The Butler”

Starr’s upcoming album is produced by legendary sonic mastermind Tony Visconti who has collaborated with the likes of David Bowie, T. Rex, Sparks, a handful of legends that come to mind. The latest single to be released of the 3, and a personal favorite, is “Same Flame”.

This track, along with its accompanying visuals, strike all the right chords for me. Listening to these playful new tracks certainly has me yearning for Starr’s upcoming album to release. With its relatable words, “Same Flame” tells a familiar story that most people can relate with. Brion Starr delves deeper into creating the track “Same Flame”, and weighs in on the track’s meaning below.

Same Flame’ is the story of the end of the night, you’ve met some people who you know are your twin flames, you do not want the night to end so you go to someone’s apartment and block out the light.. eternal night, love, care, friendship, knowing that the people you love will be there for you when the light never comes back. An exploration of the other, friendship that defies definition, the twin like Gemini. Pushing with love to find new worlds. Same Flame.
