If you’ve wanted Jamie Dornan to return to Once Upon A Time, you have some powerful kindred spirits in the creators of the show themselves!
Dornan played Sheriff Graham (a/k/a The Huntsman) in the ABC series before his character met an unfortunate end at the hands of the Evil Queen. The Huntsman continued to make appearances in flashback sequences, however, and creators Edward Kitsis and Anthony Horowitz revealed to Collider they had intentions to bring the character back during the show’s third season.
Scheduling conflicts derailed those plans, however, as Dornan had already moved on to other projects, including the BBC series The Fall and the lead role of Christian Grey in the upcoming film adaptation of the best-selling erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey.
Kitsis and Horowitz acknowledged the actor’s current commitments may mean he won’t be returning to Storybrooke any time soon, but Horowitz left the portal to the show wide open for Dornan, saying “We’d love to have him if he ever wanted to come back.”
