Currently doing press for Pixar’s Planes, Terri Hatcher had nothing but kind words to share about Superman, Man of Steel and it’s leading actor, Henry Cavill. In an interview with DigitalSpy, the actress talked Superman, Smallville, Man of Steel, and wanting to see more Lois and Clark action.

Hatcher told DigitalSpy, “In the end, what I think carries through so strongly is the relationship between Lois and Clark, Lois and Superman. Even in Man of Steel, that was my favorite part of it. I kind of wish for a little bit more of seeing them.”

The actress said about Henry Cavill and Man of Steel, “I really enjoyed it, I kind of joked, ‘Wow, he should work on his body.’ Like anyone could say that with a straight face!”

Former Desperate Housewives star, Teri Hatcher, is no stranger to the Superman franchise. For a few years she starred alongside Dean Cain in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. The actress played Lois Lane opposite Cain’s Clark Kent in the series that ran between 1993 and 1997.

Hatcher revisited the Superman franchise when she made a cameo appearance on Smallville. She also talked about her guest star appearance in her interview with
DigitalSpy.

A sequel to Man of Steel, also directed by Zack Snyder, is expected to hit theatres in 2015, and will also have Superman face-off with other beloved hero, Batman.
