Tom Cruise is looking to reunite with Oblivion director Joseph Kosinski for FOX’s Go Like Hell.

Go Like Hell centers around the battle between Ford & Ferrari for dominance in the sports car marketplace. The film is inspired by A.J. Blaine’s book, Go Like Hell: Ford, Ferrari and their Battle For Speed & Glory at le Mans.

This movie has been in the works since 2011 with Michael Mann previously attached to direct but it’s Kosinski that is now taking over with Cruise cast in the role of Shelby. I didn’t particularly like Oblivion but I love Tom Cruise and I think Kosinski is talented so I’d like to see this happen.

You can catch Tom Cruise in Edge of Tomorrow out next summer.
