So Willem Dafoe might not be playing Andy Warhol in the new Yves St. Laurent biopic; but he is reprising his role as Gill, the moorish idol fish from Finding Nemo, for the upcoming sequel, Finding Dory.

He has already starting recording his voiceovers, telling Total Film in an exclusive, “Yeah I’ve already started,” Dafoe says. “It’s even better than the first. It’s fantastic. It’s good to say I think it’s going to be better than the first; that’s good advertising!”

“It’s difficult to repeat a success and so many years afterwards, but it’s really cool,” he said.

Dafoe’s character, Gill, has distinctive shading around his face that was meant to emulate the characteristic lines and creases of Dafoe’s facial features, according to IMDB.

Finding Dory will be focused on Ellen DeGeneres’ regal blue tang fish Dory. The film opens Jun 17, 2016, six months later than expected after the film was pushed back to make room for the release of Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur, to be released Nov 15, 2015.
