After three years in Virginia with the band The Northerners, Justin Khoury is branching out. 

As a man with big ambitions, he has an outlook on life that often defies the negativity of the world and taking into consideration his many influences, which include Jack White and Simon & Garfunkel, his latest project is Don’t Chase Felix in which he’s teamed up Caroline Mauck of VA band Colin & Caroline. 

With big dreams and hearts filled with passion, they’re ready to share their work with the world together, and they’re starting off with the release of the music video for their track “Holiday,” which PopWrapped is delighted to premiere. 

The track itself is fun and playful, thanks to its folk-rock rhythm — and it’s fitting since felix is the Latin word for “happy” — but with lyrics that are emotive, heartfelt and sure to linger long after you’ve heard them, this is one song you’re likely not to forget.
