Based in Los Angles, singer-songwriter Hunter Daily releases her vulnerable second single, “Before It Falls Apart.”

“Before It Falls Apart is my self-inflicted heartbreak song. Growing up, I never had any real examples of a healthy, long-lasting relationship around me. In turn, it made it hard for me to believe that a relationship can work out at all. This song is about my experience with letting my head get the best of me and letting my pessimistic ideas about love ruin a good thing, even before it has a chance to start,” tells Daily.

The track is an absolutely stunning lyrical consumption that will leave you without words once you’re finished. The track overall tells her struggles when it comes to accepting love, largely due to her nature growing up.

“This is a story I’ve been wanting to tell for a long time. The hardest part about this song is that it’s the lowest of my low register, and the highest of my high register… I felt like I was screaming my vocals while recording the chorus, so I was nervous that it would take away from the vulnerability of the song. In the end, everything came together perfectly,” tells Daily.

As part of Flush Records, Hunter dropped her first single, “Die in LA,” earlier in September. Taking inspiration from the romance, heartbreak, and complexity of her hometown, Daily writes music that captures the essence of the place.

“I have a third single coming out next month, and more singles and an EP dropping next year, so I am really excited to finally share my music! I’m continuing to write with collaborators that inspire me. I’m definitely going to be performing at more shows, so be on the lookout for upcoming dates,” tells Daily.
