Starz managed to play the cards right and got itself a hit television show with Outlander. With the first season currently on a not-so-short break and its comeback coming closer as days go buy, the artwork for the second half has been updated and the new one is just as good as the original.
When Outlander first hit the small screen back in summer, the accompanying poster saw Claire trying to hold back and stick with her husband, Frank Randall, as she’s landing on Jamie’s hands. Now that she lives in the past, things have obviously changed. The main artwork finds her side-by-side with her current man, Jamie Fraser, as she holds a knife against her former husband’s ancestor, Black Jack. The original, desparate look on her face has now given its place to a new-found confidence and aggression towards the enemy.
Outlander is scheduled to deliver the 8-episode second half of its first season on April 4. The series adaptation of the international best-seller stars Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan and Tobias Menzies in the three key roles. Thankfully, this won’t be the last we see of Claire, as Starz has already made sure to renew the show for a second season.
