Rihanna Drops Music Video For ‘FourFiveSeconds’ With Paul McCartney And Kanye West

Rihanna surprised everyone with the release of her brand-new single, “FourFiveSeconds”, with Kanye West and Paul McCartney and it now has a video to go by.

After keeping everyone waiting for quite a while with her endless teasing of #R8, Rihanna is finally kicking off this new era of hers. The first single, “FourFiveSeconds”, is definitely something different for her, featuring both Paul McCartney and Kanye West. The track now has a music video to go by.

The visuals serve as a black and white affair among the three artists, being rather simple overall. Rihanna comes out with a straightforward street style, dressed in a denim outfit and looking stunning as per usual. She’s either singing for the camera on her own, or joined by her fellow collaborators. Both Kanye and Sir Paul McCartney stand to her sides and follow her lead, with the former delivering his bits and the legendary Beatle playing the guitar throughout. They get their respective shots of course and follow the denim style, while also doing a good job with the swagger.

If anything, the Inez & Vinoodh-directed clip is made to match with the track, in terms of mood. Both are utterly stripped down and laid back, with a raw attitude to them. Her “less is more” approach for this era seems to be working after all. The songstress might have disappointed some of her pop fans with this release, but there is no denying she is doing the right thing with it. In her own words, that Rihanna reign just won’t let up.

Take a look at the music video for “FourFiveSeconds” below.
