The guy who brought “sexy back” and the woman who’s just plain sexy have finally confirmed they got hitched in a top-secret ceremony in Italy on Wednesday. “It’s great to be married,” the couple told People magazine earlier this afternoon “The ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends.”
Timberlake, 31, and Biel, 30, have dated for five years. They broke up in 2011 but reconciled, and got got engaged in December of 2011 in Montana. The pair were able to keep the location and timing of the wedding secret, even refusing to inform guests of its whereabouts until the last minute.
People promises to “tell us everything, and publish exclusive photos” in its next issue. The New York Daily News characterized the ceremony as “star-studded,” but appeared to be basing that on the fact that Andy Samberg, *NSYNC’s Chris Kirkpatrick, Timbaland and Biel’s former “7th Heaven” co-star Beverly Mitchell were all seen eating olives and cheese together the night before the wedding and therefore were probably at the actual event.
