There is much rejoicing today over the news that Felicia Day is heading back to Supernatural to reprise her role of Charlie Bradbury later this season. This will be her third appearance in the longstanding CW hit show, and the second of this season. TVLine states that this information was announced earlier today at a press screening.
When Charlie first appears in season 7, she is reluctantly drawn in to helping the Winchesters in their battle against Dick Roman and the Leviathans. After she has to “disappear”, the boys run into her in season 8 in her new hiding place, a LARPing group in which she is the Queen. When we see Charlie later this season, she’ll be bringing a new case to the Winchester’s attention.
Felicia Day is best known for her role in the Guild, a web based series in which she writes and stars. She is also the founder of the web channel Geek & Sundry which is host to shows like Tabletop, Sword & Lasers, Written by a Kid, and The Guild. The channel also hosts Felicia Day’s FLOG, which is her own personal video diary of sorts.
