Today it has been reported, the rather dashing Joseph Gordon-Levitt is to receive the ‘Breakthrough Filmmaker of the year’ award at this year’s CinemaCon, for his directorial debut, Don Jon’s Addiction.
Gordon-Levitt wrote, directed and starred in the film, which boasts a cast of Scarlett Johansson and Julianne Moore. Don Jon’s Addiction, made its world premiere at the Sundance Festival, January this year. The four day event, which is held in Utah, every year, showcases the very best of independent film.
The third annual CinemaCon, a gathering of cinema owners and those in film distribution/production, will take place at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. The event will run 15-18th April. This
