Robert Rodriguez has done it again. He’s taken a drop-dead gorgeous woman and made her capable of dropping you dead! This time it’s Sofia Vergara in his upcoming picture Machete Kills, and she looks smokin’ in the brand new poster of the character she plays, Desdemona! An explosion in the background and machine-gun breasts firing, this is clearly not a woman to mess with!
We don’t know much about the film, aside from the fact that it’s the sequel to Rodriguez’s Machete, but this is just one more reason to be excited for it. Previously we’ve seen character posters for such lovely ladies as Amber Heard, Alexa Vega, and even Lady GaGa!
Currently Ms. Vergara can be seen in the award-winning ABC comedy Modern Family as Gloria Pritchett, a role which has earned her three Golden Globe nominations.
Machete Kills is set to open in the US this September.
