After someone has been in the news basically non-stop for an entire week, you start to wonder what to even think of it. So when yet another report tells us that something has happened to Justin Bieber, this time a rather aggressive encounter with the paparazzi, then who should be blamed?
It all started last week on Justin’s birthday, when he had an encounter with the personnel at a club who refused entrance to his underage friends. “Worst birthday”, Justin tweeted, as basically the entire world knows already seeing as it was one of the most retweeted comments ever. Not a smart move from the Biebs, but then again, perhaps it is unavoidable to feel a bit above the law if you have millions of girls wanting to marry you (and I only say “marry” because my innocent mind doesn’t allow me to say the things his fans really want to do).
The same probably goes for all his other events this week. We have seen Justin walking around shirtless, being late for a show, feint on a stage, fight with the paparazzi… isn’t it all becoming a bit too much? Is it not time for him to take a break?
Perhaps there are no breaks in the world of a famous musician, but I can’t imagine that his fans particularly enjoy their idol’s current state of mind. Besides, he’s not really being much of a role model right now, which might be quite important judging from the language a lot of Beliebers use to each other on Twitter. But well, maybe none of us would be able to cope with that much paparazzi on our heels…
So what do you think? Is it time for an intervention by about 35 million people? Or is it already too late for that?
