If there’s one thing I learned from the new World War Z trailer, it’s that these zombies are no joke. They build zombie walls, they climb and jump onto helicopters and they even find a way to infiltrate a cabin full of passengers in a commercial airline. But most importantly, they’re superhuman fast and that can’t be a good thing.
World War Z  is based on Max Brooks’ 2006 post-apocalyptic novel World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War, which depicts a decade-long human/zombie war in the form of individual personal anecdotes. The script for the film, however, was rewritten to set the film in present time and turn it into an action-packed summer blockbuster.
Brad Pitt stars as Gerry Lane, a United Nations employee who is forced to leave his family behind and go in search of a cure that could potentially save the entire human race. The film, also starring Matthew Fox, David Morse, and Mireille Enos, hits theaters June 21, 2013. Check out the official synopsis and the newest trailer above!

Synopsis: United Nations employee Gerry Lane traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments, and threatening to decimate humanity itself.
