Two weeks ago rapper Lil Wayne made headlines as he was unexpectedly rushed to the hospital. Wayne reportedly suffered numerous seizures, and some news outlets even reported that he was in a medically induced coma. Now Lil Wayne speaks to clarify the ordeal. Apparently the seizures were indeed very serious. In a recent interview Wayne explained that he has epilepsy and seizures are common for him. This time however they pushed him to the edge of fatality. “It got real bad because I had three seizures in a row, and on the third one my heart rate went down to, like, 30 percent. Basically I could’ve died, that’s why it was so serious.” Wayne attributes the seizures to his busy schedule and overworking himself. The rapper is set to begin a nationwide tour in the coming months to promote his new album
