Last night, I had the awesome pleasure of conducting an in person interview with Aaron Carter! In one kick ass throwback to the 90’s, girls ran screaming down the stairs of the famous Café Du Nord in San Francisco’s Castro. Clad in high heels and short skirts, these very loyal A.C fans braved cold and windy weather for a performance that was sure to be amazing. I sat down with the man himself and I had a wonderful time talking and laughing with him. Forget what you’ve heard, Aaron carter is a great guy!
Susan Booth: Aaron, how have you been enjoying SF?
Aaron: “I’m having a great time! I love this city and the people are awesome. I’ve toured here before, so it’s great to come back and see that I still have some wonderful fans.”
Susan Booth: How is the touring going?
Aaron Carter: “The tour is going great, I am having such a good time and I love to see all the fans and I always have fun doing these shows.”
Susan Booth: Tell me about your new album
Aaron Carter: “The album is coming along really well, I’m working with the producer, Aaron Pierce. He’s done work for Justin Bieber and Rihanna, so it’s gonna be a great pop album!”
After the interview, I stayed to watch his show. I’ve gotta hand it to him, after all these years he STILL knows how to put on a wonderful show for his fans. 2 lucky girls got to sit on stage with him while he sang, and one even tried to sneak a kiss! I was lucky enough to be called beautiful and have Aaron admire some of my tattoos and showed me his new one representing the Carter Music Group. He can still backflip and make crazy fangirls swoon with delight. Aaron Carter has definitely NOT lost his touch, and as he said last night “The party with Aaron never ends!”
