Psy’s Gentleman Banned From Major Korean Network!

While the Internet is in love with Psy’s newest hit, South Korea isn’t as ecstatic. The video, which has over 144 million views within 5 days of being released, has been banned on one of South Korea’s state-funded television networks.

State-funded KBS refuses to play the music video because it displays him abusing public property. In the first six seconds, Psy kicks a traffic cone, According to KBS, this scene would condone the abuse of public property and would be destructive towards South Korean society.

When asked if they would edit the video, Psy’s management said they would not edit the video for KBS.

Like Psy needs to be seen on television. He currently has the Most Viewed Video on YouTube with Gangnam Style and he broke Justin Beiber’s record for Most Views in 24 Hours with Gentleman
