Sophia Myles has always been one to stick to doing indie movies. Now she’s decided it’s time to branch out and add some hit films to her resume. She made a name for herself when she played alongside Kate Beckinsale in Underworld. Details about her role are being kept quiet for now, all we know is that she is playing a scientist alongside Mark Wahlberg.
Ehren Kruger is also back to writing this one, as he did Dark Of The Moon. This new film is set after the devastating events of the third film. The basic synopsis for this new film is that a bunch of foolish government types decide to exploit the Cybertonian technology to make new weapons. They awaken the interest of an ancient robo-threat. Optimus Prime and the gang must save us with some help from new human friends.
Shooting is set to start this June in Chicago, China and Detroit. The film is set to be released on July 10 2014.
