Bethenny Frankel is not a happy Housewife as of late. The Skinnygirl mogul is in the middle of a divorce from Jason Hoppy, her husband of two and a half years. Frankel recently opened up about being a newly single parent to their 3 year old daughter Bryn. ”I think being a single mom has its drawbacks and stresses, but when I’m with Bryn, I get to be with her all by myself,” Frankel reveals. She also is exploring life as a newly single woman again.
Hoppy, however, has yet to see the silver lining. Rumor has it that even though the divorce is in its final stages he has refused to come to terms that his marriage is over. He still is seen out and about sporting his wedding band. Their split was announced in December of 2012 and papers were official filed in January.
As reluctant as Hoppy is to admit his marriage is over, he knows one thing for sure. Bethenney needs to put a sock in it. A source revealed that he is working with his lawyer to ask the judge to impose a gag order when it comes to the topic of the divorce proceedings. The source also revealed that there are specific clauses in the prenup that prohibit either of them from discussing their relationship in the press.
I hope that the couple can move forward and put their differences aside for the sake of their daughter.
