Le petit prince was first published in 1943 and since then has been translated from the original French into over 250 languages and dialects. The philosophical story revolves around a pilot who has crash landed in the Sahara desert. There he encounters a little boy claiming to be a prince that has fallen to Earth from his asteroid home.
