Famously hot-headed rapper Kanye West has a new album dropping into stores June 18th—however, some lucky New Yorkers got to hear it for the first time with the musician himself.
West held an exclusive listening party in New York City yesterday (Monday) night. A few famous faces were present at the impromptu party; seen mingling amongst the various guests were Beyonce, Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip, to name a few.
“I feel as a 36-year-old I’ve got to the point where I can really influence culture,” West stated.
West played ten tracks from his highly anticipated new album,Yeezus, but no other listening parties have been reported.
