The first pictures of the latest screen incarnation of US President JFK have been released. The still of Rob Lowe playing the 35th President is from the upcoming National Geographic TV movie Killing Kennedy.
The TV movie is based on the book of the same name by Bill O’Reilly and Martin Duggard. It will also star Once Upon a Time star Ginnifer Goodwin as the iconic Jackie Kennedy. Will Rothhaar has been cast Kennedy’s assassin Lee Harvey Oswald. Buffy the Vampire Slayer’s Michelle Trachtenberg will play Oswald’s wife, Marina.
Rob Lowe is no stranger to the Oval Office, having played West Wing favourite Sam Seaborn. If he will have the mustard playing one of history’s most iconic figures remains to be seen.
