It’s a fairly universal “girl rule” that you don’t date your friends’ exes. Especially if they’ve only been exes for like, a month. Apparently, Katy Perry did not get this memo.
According to the Daily Mail, Stewart has expressed feelings of betrayal over her ex-love’s flourishing relationship with Katy.
A source claimed that KStew is “incredibly down right now” due to the rumors floating around about a budding romance between Perry and Pattinson.
“Kristen is in a certain state of denial,” the source stated. “She can’t let go of Rob or get over him. She keeps trying to contact Robert and find out what he is doing but her attempts to see Rob have been rebuffed. Rob is not responding to her.”
Recent reports have claimed that Perry and Pattinson enjoyed a “secret date” at a Bjork gig, while others have even insinuated that Perry was a deciding factor in the split.
Other reports state that Stewart is still very much in love with her 27-year-old costar and has no interest in seeing anyone else.
And while Stewart seems to be seriously struggling with the split, Pattinson seems to have moved on rather quickly. I suppose becoming the new face of Dior Homme helps ease the sting of love lost.
