Ladies and gentlemen, the reigning Queen of Pop has released a new track. Britney Spears officially dropped “Oh La La” Monday morning. The new track was done for the upcoming Smurfs sequel. Spears called into Ryan Seacrest’s morning show to dish on her latest single saying,
“It has a young feel to it,” she told Seacrest. “But the main reason why I did it was because my boys, they’re obsessed with the Smurfs. We’ve seen The Smurfs movie a million trillion times, and they were told they could be in the video and all this cool stuff, so that’s the reason why I did it.”
In her interview with Seacrest she also confirmed that she was indeed working on her eighth studio album.
She commented will take on a whole “new approach” and be “a little different than anything I’ve ever done.” What did she have to say about rumors swirling that she would be mounting a sit down production in Las Vegas? According to Britney nothing is set in stone but she said, “it’s quite possible”.
