Ciara Princess Harris also known as Ciara broke into the scene back in 2004 with hits (that you probably may know all the words to) such as, “Goodies” and “1, 2 Step”. With her self-titled 5th studio album on the horizon…this lawsuit has pretty bad timing.
During her performance at Los Angeles Pride last weekend (June 8), she was handed legal papers by West Hollywood club, Hit Factory for dipping out of a performance that was scheduled the Friday (June 7) prior to her appearance at LA Pride.

Well into her performance of “Promise”, a process server acted as a fan and placed the papers right into Ciara’s hands. Ciara clearly did not have any mind to it, as she quickly threw the papers right back and continued to strut her stuff.
According to Ciara’s people, they had told the club that she was not able to attend. Regardless, it’s clear the club is still going to go ahead and sue.
