I step outside for an afternoon break and Cincinnati is a buzz with news that the boys of One Direction were staying at a local hotel literally blocks from where I stood. I immediately looked around expecting to see a stampede of raging fans fighting to catch a glimpse of the boys who are in town resting between shows.
Zayn and Liam were spotted leaving Macy’s with their bodyguards and shopping bags in tow. And quite a crowd gathered outside the hotel, flocking the boys as they made their escape; including Harry who waved to fans as he made his way to his vehicle. Not sure how relaxing or low-key their stay in Cincy ended up being, but it didn’t take long for adoring finds to hunt them down!
The guys played to a packed house in Louisville last night and stopped over on their way to Columbus tonight for another great show. The Queen City is no stranger to Hollywood royalty; George Clooney hails from this area and Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson, who is also from the tri-state area, has been spotted downtown on multiple occasions.
The Take Me Home Tour will bounce down to Nashville tomorrow and then to Atlanta and Raleigh to finish out the week.
