It was recently suggested via an ‘Ask me Anything’ thread on Reddit, that the character of Ellie from The Last of Us has an uncanny resemblance to actress Ellen Page.
When asked whether or not she had seen The Last of Us footage and if she would ever consider the role of Ellie, Page said that the similarity “was not appreciated”, reports DigitalSpy.
Page, who is currently acting in the video game Beyond: Two Souls, said: “I guess I should be flattered that they ripped off my likeness…but I am actually acting in a video game called Beyond: Two Souls, so it was not appreciated.”
In the video game, Page stars as a woman with supernatural powers.
The Last of Us opened earlier this month and earned more money it its opening weekend then Man of Steel.
