Would you consider Danielle Bradbery a celebrity? You would think with winning the number one rated competition on primetime television, there would be no doubt that Danielle has reached celebrity status. Still even she doubts that she constitutes a celeb.
In an interview with MTV News, the singer confused that she is still having a hard time wrapping her mind around the fact that she’s famous now. “I’m still debating if I’m actually a celebrity, or just Danielle,” she joked.
“But I definitely have a lot more to learn, but I think as I go on, it gets bigger and bigger, so hopefully I become an actual superstar one day.”
Bradbery also explained her hopes of becoming the first winner of The Voice to become a true music icon.
“I mean, in a way there’s pressure… Country fans are loyal, and country music is really big and popular, and me being so young, I have a lot of time to grow,” she said.
Something tells me with Bradbery signing onto “Big Machine” as her record label she will be just fine. Heard of “Big Machine” before? They are the masterminds behind a little known star named Taylor Swift.
So what does Danielle hope the future holds? The country singer commented, “I’d like to have enough songs to do a headliner tour, and who knows? I think I’m off to a good start.”
Danielle, something tells me the day of headlining will be sooner than you think.
