While everyone was enjoying their summer at the beach, America’s Next Top Model alumni, Renee Alway, spent time in a prison cell.
Zap2it and TMZ confirmed that the Palm Springs SWAT team arrived during the arrest of the Cycle Eight contestant.
Police believed that there was another person involved with Alway’s break-in, but later determined that the crime scene was empty.
The former Tyra Banks protegee in-training was then charged by the Palm Springs authorities with burglary, fraud, narcotics possession, forged bills and committing a felony while on bail.
Huffington Post also confirmed that that the third place Cycle Eight alum is currently being held at the Riverside County Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning, California with bail set at $150,000.
This incident marked Alway’s fifth arrest of 2013 as she was arrested twice in April and twice in June.
Alway plead not guilty to all charges.
