Angry Birds Star Wars is making its way onto consoles later this year, Digital Spy reports. The game will be releasing on all major platforms, including the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, Wii U and 3DS, complete with HD graphics.
Although the game has been out there for some time now on other platforms (Mac, Windows, iOS and Android), there will be several new additions to the console version, featuring 20 extra levels as well as new multiplayer modes. Players can either join up in co-operative games or play against each other in competitive modes.
Players will also be able to unlock achievements and trophies, on the Xbox and PlayStation respectively.
Released in conjunction with the announcement was a 30 second trailer, which you can see below:

Fans can grab their controllers and ready up for the game October 29th in North America and November 1st in Europe.
