Last May, Brown got into a car accident in Los Angeles causing medium damage and was charged with hit-and-run as well as driving without a valid license.
An unnamed woman involved in the accident claimed that Brown gave her false insurance information before leaving the scene.
He could face six months in jail for each offense but the singer continues to maintain that he did not leave the scene without exchanging contact information.
His probation, relating to his assault on Rihanna back in 2009, was revoked over the alleged incident.
TMZ reports that Brown, who is currently free on his own recognizance, has until August 6 to surrender himself.
Also, the lawsuit against him for his nightclub brawl with Drake has been dismissed.
His next court date is scheduled for August 15.
