Nashville’s cast of bright stars is growing in season two with the addition of newcomer Chaley Rose.
ABC made the announcement via the show’s Twitter account today, and shortly after Rose went on to thank the network saying she is “so excited” to be a part of the successful drama series.

Rose, whose past screen credits include an appearance on Charlie Sheen’s Anger Management, will play Zoey: a childhood friend of Scarlett who yearns for her big break into the music industry.
Awards season brought much attention to the rising star that is Nashville, leading up to the shows second season renewal this past May.
Nashville will return to ABC on September 25th.
