The broadcasters have come to an agreement which means that everyone will watch the episode at the same time, and this move means that fans from outside the UK will not get any leaks prior to their broadcast.

The producers have also said that the move will allow the fans to celebrate the monumental anniversary as a collective. The simultaneous  broadcast of the highly anticipated 90 minute special mean that viewing figures could reach 100 million viewers and become the biggest global simulcast.
