All good things come to those WHO wait but the wait is finally over for us Whovians! The newest Doctor has finally been revealed to us. Taking over the TARDIS and the Sonic Screwdriver (unless it gets an upgrade) is Peter Capaldi.
That’s right Moffat and crew, in a special program, happily welcome Peter Capaldi to the Whovian family. Moffat said “he is different from Matt”. Departing Doctor Matt Smith said “He came up to me in the street after my first episode”. Smith also said “as a fan it is a great choice”. Latest companion Jenna-Louise Coleman shared these thoughts “I want him to be best friends with Clara”.
The newest Time Lord, Peter Capaldi, is best known to audiences for Malcolm Tucker in “The Think of It” . Peter Capaldi said “That Doctor Who belongs to all of us”. He has also appeared in the Doctor Who episode “The Fires of Pompeii”.
There you have it, my fellow Whovians. Time to start counting down to the Christmas special as the newest Doctor will be joining departing Doctor Matt Smith when Doctor Who returns.
