Season Five of the hit show Glee will definitely be bittersweet for cast and fans alike. However, following the old mantra of “the show must go on,” Lea Michele tweeted a picture from her first day back on set.

The picture shows a very somber looking Rachel in her New York apartment, however the reason for this is not known, as the cast are currently filming The Beatles tribute episodes. I wonder whether it has something to do with the outcome of Rachel’s Funny Girl audition.
There is no doubt that we will be seeing many more somber pictures in the next few weeks as the cast begin the heart-wrenching task of filming Episode 3, where they will deal with the passing of Cory.
However, as a Gleek myself, it is nice to see the pictures coming out from the filming. Season Five of Glee will premier on September 26, at 9/8 Central, on Fox.
