Marvel has just released two new stills from Thor: The Dark World. The first still features Loki passively reading a book (as if it’d ever be that simple with Loki). The second image is of Thor and Odin taking a mid-day stroll through Asgard.
Thor: The Dark World takes place one year after The Avengers as Thor battles to save all Nine Realms from a mysterious enemy. Once confronted by the enemy, Thor must reunite with Jane Foster and set forth on a journey that will force him to make the ultimate sacrifice! Doctor Who fans will recognize Christopher Eccleston as the villainous Malekith The Accursed.
Marvel fans may also want to pay close attention to Disney’s D23. After Loki, excuse me- Tom Hiddleston, made his surprise appearance in Hall H at Comic-Con, I’m certain Marvel has something big planned for Saturday at D23. Fingers crossed for official Rocket Raccoon casting!!
Thor: The Dark World is set to hit the UK on October 30th and the USA on November 8th.
