It is official, Amanda Byne’s mother has been granted temporary conservatorship over her daughter’s affairs.
“Ventura County Judge Glen Reiser ruled Friday that Richard and Lynn Bynes should be allowed to limited control of their 27-year-old daughter’s personal affairs, including medical treatment,” reported the Washington Post.
The Judge said a mental health court has control over Amanda’s medical affairs until she is released, upon which her mother will take over the decision making in regards to Amanda’s treatment and finances.
Radar reports that Amanda was not in court last week when Judge Reiser granted temporary conservatorship to her mother Lynn who “will have to get a bond for $3.57 million to be the conservator on the estate.” It has also been reported that Amanda will be staying in the hospital for another 30 days.
Here’s hoping this is the beginning of an upward-swing for the starlet, and the start of getting things back on track.
