Boardwalk Empire will premiere it’s fourth season on September 8th on HBO. Boardwalk Empire is set in Atlantic City, NJ during the prohibition era.
It will features a new song from Liza Minnelli entitled: “You’ve Got To See Your Mamma Er’ry Night (Or You Can’t See Your Mamma At All)”.
It’s a blues/jazz filled track that will make you feel like you’re back in the roaring 1920s. Released just this week through Grammy.com, it’s featured on the show’s latest soundtrack with other artists such as Elvis Costello, Patti Smith, and Rufus Wainwright.
Liza is well known for not only her singing career, from (her most famous songs “Cabaret”, “Where Is The Love”, and ”You’re So Vain” just to name a few). Her best known acting roles are in New York, New York, SMASH, and Arrested Development. She even made an appearance on Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden.
