Music producer Naughty Boy has been singing his praises for Britney Spears for being able to “change the pop scene”.
“Britney is one of the only few who can really change the pop scene with what she does. Those are the things that excite me; what can you do with popular culture?”
Naughty Boy told Digital Spy about working with the icon on a new track for her eighth studio album.
“It was William Orbit who approached me to work on it and he is involved in the album,” he added. “I’m just really excited about working with him as well as Britney.
Don’t think the singer/producer is exclusive in who he works with, it matters more if he’s into it or not.
He said: “I’m not trying to be Mr Cool; I’ve worked with Susan Boyle and then I’ve worked with Tinie Tempah as well. As long as it excites me is what is important and pop music excites me the most.”
While Spears’ track isn’t due out until the end of the summer, Naughty Boy released his new single “Lifted” featuring Emeli Sande.
He has an album being released August 26th.
