“Let It Be” is our third song spoiler of the night.
This song was released in 1970 on the Beatles last album also titled Let It Be.
The inspiration for this song came to Paul McCartney in a dream about his mother, Mary McCartney, who died from cancer when Paul was fourteen. She also inspired the famous “Mother Mary” lyric.
