If you’re anything like me, you’re dreading the imminent finale of AMC’s Breaking Bad. Not only will it be sad to see such an incredible series end, but it’ll be horrible (for me, anyway) not having any more of Aaron Paul’s stellar portrayal of Jesse Pinkman to look forward to.

Luckily for us, it looks like we can definitely look forward to seeing the Emmy-winning actor take up another new role pretty soon!
According to Variety, Paul will likely be joining Christian Bale and Sigourney Weaver on Ridley Scott’s Exodus. The film is, of course, about the biblical story of Moses leading his people out of Egypt. Paul’s role is said to be that of Joshua, the slave who leads the Hebrew people to the promised land after Moses.

Sigourney Weaver will play the mother of the Pharaoh Ramses, played by Joel Edgerton. Her husband will be portrayed by John Turturro.

As Paul is still in negotiations for the role, it will be a while until we see this project come to fruition. Something tells me, though, that with this much star power, it will be worth the wait.
Don’t feel like waiting to see Aaron Paul light up the big screen? Well, you won’t have to – he leads the star-studded cast of Need for Speed, which is scheduled to hit theaters next year.
