Attention Pretty Little Liars fans: It turns out some good news came out of last week’s shocking summer finale.

While many series devotees were upset that [SPOILER] fan-favourite Ezra Fitz is A, the revelation has set “Now You See Me, Now You Don’t” as the No. 1 most tweeted episode in TV history, ushering in nearly 1.9 million tweets by 637,000 users.

Jenn Deering Davis, co-founder of Union Metrics, said, “ABC Family’s ‘Pretty Little Liars’ is a big social media juggernaut. During the summer finale, we saw 38 unique topics trend in the USA and worldwide.”

Davis also noted that “Ezra is A” continued to trend for days after the finale aired (what a bummer for those who hadn’t seen the episode yet).

The producers showed their media-savvy side by inviting fans to tweet a picture of their reaction to the big news under the hashtag #PLLreaction. The tweets were then combined to form a mosaic of Ian Harding.

The show’s next telecast, “Grave New World,” features Aria, Spencer, Hannah, and Emily at Ravenswood’s Edwardian party, where they hope to find Allison before Ezr

does.

In terms of depicting Ezra’s reveal as fact or mislead, we will simply have to hold out until October 22nd.
