Greek star Amber Stevens will join the cast of 22 Jump Street. You may also remember her from How I Met Your Mother and 90210. She recently appeared in The Amazing Spiderman, and we will see her in the upcoming horror movie Jessabelle.
22 Jump Street follows officers Schmidt (Jonah Hill) and Jenko (Channing Tatum) as they go undercover at a local college. When Jenko infiltrates the football team, and Schmidt gets in the bohemian art scene, they start questioning their partnership. Stevens will play Schmidt’s love interest in this film.
Also joining the cast is Wyatt Russell, who will be playing one of Jenko’s football teammates.
Besides Jonah’s and Tatum’s return, Ice Cube will reprise his role as Captain Dickson, however, it has not been confirmed if Dave Franco will return as Eric Molson.
Hill and Tatum are producing this film along with Neal H. Moritz while the creator of the original TV series Stephen Cannell will executive produce.
22 Jump Street is set for release on June 13th 2014.
