Amber Riley has been keeping her fans updated about her gruelling Dancing with the Stars rehearsals.                             

The Glee actress is a featured contestant on the show’s 17th season, which will premiere Sept. 16th. She will be joined by pro-dancer Derek Hough.

Apparently, Hough is keeping Riley busy, with 4-hour rehearsals 6 days a week. What else would you expect from a 4-time champion and DWTS veteran like Hough?
