AMC’s The Walking Dead is adding two new faces to its cast! Micheal Cudlitz, from Southland, has been cast in the role of Sergeant Abraham Ford, who is a very important character in the Kirkman comic book series. Cudlitz will now be a regular cast member for the upcoming season. The announcement was made at yesterday’ show panel at New York Comic Con. He even tweeted a first look at his character ready for action!

The other addition to the cast is comedian Josh McDermitt as Dr. Eugene Porter, who is the Sergeant’s companion and claims to know the origin of the outbreak!
