Zac Efron’s Disney days are officially behind him. It was announced that Efron had two stays in rehab earlier this year, from a cocaine addiction and a subsequent relapse. Now the trailer for his latest movie will certainly remind us that Efron is no longer a squeaky-clean teen, but a full-fledged adult.

The red band trailer for Efron’s upcoming film, That Awkward Moment, was released today, and features Efron in some pretty interesting situations, from laying on top of a toilet completely naked (it’s the only way to pee after taking Viagra!) to showing up to a formal party wearing a sex toy while meeting his girlfriend’s parents.

The film also stars Michael B. Jordan (Fruitvale Station) and Miles Teller (The Spectacular Now), who play the two best friends of Efron’s character. The trailer features more of their stints with Viagra, as well as coming to terms that they cannot continue to be bachelors forever.

That Awkward Moment (originally titled Are We Officially Dating?) is directed by Tom Gormican (producer of Movie 43) and is set to be released January 31, 2014. Watch the red band trailer below (warning: NSFW):
