We have had the save the date card, and we know that the wedding dress has been chosen, however thanks to Entertainment Weekly fans of the crime drama Bones have been given a behind the scenes glimpse at this week’s upcoming nuptials.
Fans of the show It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia may well recognise the priest who conducts the Brennan/Booth wedding, for David Hornsby this cameo is a case of fact meeting fiction. For those of you who do not know, Hornsby is the real-life husband of Emily Deschanel, who we all know as forensic anthropologist, Temperence Brennan.
Hornsby tells EW that he jumped at the chance to marry his wife off to another man, because he is as big a Brennan/Booth shipper as the rest of us. He said that when show creator Hart Hanson approached him to play the role he didn’t have to think twice, “Well, I have to do that!… I’m a proud husband marrying off his wife.”
