The Wrap has reported, and it has been confirmed by Entertainment Weekly, that George Eads, the man behind CSI’s Nick Stokes, is heading back to Las Vegas.
Eads, who has been with the show since its pilot episode in 2000, took temporary leave after he reportedly had a dispute with a writer earlier in the year, allegedly over the direction his character was taking.
Last seen in episode 3 which aired on October 20, fans of CSI can expect to see Nick Stokes back on their screens in episode 9, which is tentatively scheduled to appear on November 20. There is currently no plan to explain his absence on-screen.
