As part of the commemoration of Doctor Who’s 50th anniversary, Doctor Who writer and Sherlock co-creator Mark Gatiss has written a special biographical drama titled An Adventure in Space and Time.
The film stars David Bradley as William Hartnell, the first Doctor of the series in the 90 minute production and will follow the show’s beginnings as it first aired in 1963.
Joining Bradley in the cast will be Brian Cox, Jessica Raine, Sacha Dhawan, Jemma Power, Jamie Glover and Claudia Grant.
The show will air in November, and be shown at a special preview screening on November 12 ahead of its BBC2 release.
